We are no longer accepting tenant packages FOR MOST BUILDINGS at the mailroom in the Element 30 clubhouse.

We will only accept packages for buildings 2112 and 2114 at the mailroom. All other packages should be delivered to the doorstep of the recipient’s apartment. Please refer to the map and FAQ below for directions and instructions.

Notice to All Package Carriers

  • Deliveries for buildings 2112 and 2114 University Drive can be delivered to the mailroom. Deliveries for all other buildings can be delivered directly to the apartment doorstep. Please see the Element 30 community map below.

  • Our complexes use electronic Sifely locks. Please refer to the video below for information on how they operate. You can use any 4 digit code to gain access to the building.

  • You can use any 4 digit code to unlock the building to access the second floors.
