Notice to All Package Carriers

We are no longer accepting tenant packages FOR MOST BUILDINGS at the mailroom in the Element 30 clubhouse.

We will only accept packages for buildings 2112 and 2114 at the mailroom. All other packages should be delivered to the doorstep of the recipient’s apartment. Please refer to the map and FAQ below for directions and instructions.

  • Deliveries for buildings 2112 and 2114 University Drive can be delivered to the mailroom. Deliveries for all other buildings can be delivered directly to the apartment doorstep. Please see the Element 30 community map for reference.

  • Our complexes use electronic Sifely locks. Please refer to the video below for information on how they operate. You can use the delivery code “8989” to gain access to the building.

  • We changed our delivery policy in an effort to keep our mailroom neat and organized for all our tenants. This way we can ensure everyone gets their mail and packages in a timely manner.

how to use the sifely locks

  1. Enter the lock’s 4 digit code.

  2. Press the LOCK icon on the bottom right of the keypad.

  3. Listen for the tone and then turn the door handle to enter the building.
